...and she's constantly checking if she's go it right! Notice that she has only one leg left on the left side? I think one is missing on her right side too. Isn't it wonderful that she came that far with just half of the legs a spider usually has? She has attached a cocoon full of offspring to a truly wonderful place. If she isn't very unlucky, her kids won't be disturbed - the meadow is only being cut once a year. Having many healthy young is the summit of what she could possibly achieve in her life.
I came back some days later and the young had already hatched and scattered throughout the meadow.
