Road no Nowhere

Winter in Germany, this was Christmas just after a snowstorm. Although this area is pretty far from snow-rich regions like the Alps, this spot in Nordrhein-Westfalen (the Sauerland) sees a lot of snow each winter.

love the snowy path with the fence that take viewer to the trees and the trees in the distance represented depth or height about the road. nice job.

The pure white snow and foreboding grey sky make a lovely composition. Thos two trees look as if they are the enterance to somwhere far darker. Good exposure under difficult circumstances.
