Lomo Saltado at Nazca Peruvian Restaurant

No time for photography, so this is a photo of my lunch.
I can highly recommend this delicious dish of sauteed beef, onion and tomatoes and rich sauce.
It is served with rice and french fries and illustrates the mix of Asian, European and Native Peruvian cultures.

This is wonderful, here in the US for tasty beef use Flank Steak!

That looks very tempting Walter. I hope it tasted as good as it looks.

Looking at this I don't know if I would rather take pictures with you or eat with you. Both are looking good right now. Voted

Hmm...It´s early in the morning here, and I think this is too hot for breakfast, though it really looks good.

delectable image...I tried this dish in Cuzco, and it was tasty indeed, particularly with a Pisco Sour afterwards..

Man, that sure is something I would love to have although I would think that in Peru, guinea pigs are THE national dish! Glad it was beef for you! LOL

I viewed this at dinner time and it made me want to finish with the computer quickly.
Peruvian sounds exotic. It will be a while till i gets to the middle of the country. You had good lighting for your picture.
