Very subtle changes Walter.
I actually meant de-saturate the green, and leave the red, probably should have been clearer, but it still works for me.

The white balance and color saturation looks more appealing to me in this image Walter. Although the differences are very subtle, it was worth making the adjustments.

I think that the focal point is very clearly on the center of the cluster of these great looking chiles. You know me ... I always have mexican food on my mind .......lol. I could make some great chile sauce with these!

I tried different kinds of crops with this image and none really worked. In the end I took Bernard's advice and desaturated the image a little using Adobe Lightroom 2.6. the main problem with this image was the lack of a single focus point for the eye, (there is one for the camera where the chile is broken off) and the ribbon on the right side. The lesson for next time is to compose something like this differently and to use a smaller aperture.

Red hot chili peppers! I prefer this image (just barely) over the next one. The red is a little richer in color. V
