Steve and I are twin sons of different mothers...and fathers...! We became friends in July 2000 through a mutual friend and discovered that not only were we born on the same day and year, but that we share so many things in common - marriage & divorce, parenthood, yellow fever, movies, books, writing, turkey burgers.. : ) On our birthday this year, we decided to take the day off and enjoy the city we've each have lived in for many years, Washington, DC, and see it at the pace that most tourists see it in, together.
