Typically English??

Typically English... One of those evenings that doesn't lend itself to making good PotD's here at Chappell Towers. I arrived home just in time for dinner, it was actually being served as I walked through the door. Before I'd finished my last mouthful Deb stood up and said "Have to fly or I'll be late." Thursday evening means ParentCraft lessons, and no before you even think it she's not! Deb takes the class in teacher mode! No sooner had the door shut when I heard "Dad I don't feel too good." After a couple of hours dishing out TLC by the shed load the kids finally nodded off asleep... I then realised the pots and plates were still in a "just-finished-dinner" state on the table. In a mad panic I cleared everything away coz Deb would separate my vitals from my necessaries if she saw this mess thinking I'd spent the whole of the evening infront of the PC! (This is the voice of experience talking now!) Timed to perfection, I'm just about to think PotD when Deb walks in... only the timer on the dishwasher could give the game away, so we have to have a half hour chat/debrief session of the day's events and a quick cup of tea... This is beginning to sound like an excuse for a dodgy PotD!! Well it is!!

So here we have under exceptional circumstances my dodgy Typically English PotD for today! A quick rummage in the DVD drawer found this selection of typically English movies. Can you tell which is my favourite??

I was expecting some TV shows (Python, Faulty Towers, Keeping Up Appearances, Thunderbirds, etc.) till I saw that they were exclusively movies.

A very nice series so far, I've really enjoyed it! Keep it up!

Can't tell your favorite, but sounds like you've earned a night in front of the tube! Good job!
