There was a spot of bother here at Chappell Towers last night - only one beer chilled to the correct temperature ready for dinner. Sinful! I had the bright idea of putting a couple in the freezer compartment of the fridge and by the time I'd showered and made dinner they'd be nicely cooled off ready for consumption.
Sure enough the magic worked... but I clean forgot about the other bottle until Deb found it this morning frozen solid minus the top. It was a sorry sight to see it throthing away as it thawed on the draining board at 7.30 this morning. Anyway by the time I'd put my eggs on and changed lenses on the camera most of the eruption had calmed down to a mere trickle. I took the shot anyway!
So this is here to serve as a reminder to ensure the fridge is well stocked of beers before going to work in the morning and not to leave any in the freezer!! Methinks plenty of beers will be need for tomorrow night, one way or the other!!
