Aliwan - Madri Gras Philippine Style

Aliwan - Mardi Gras, Philippine style was held for the first time in Manila. It was a week long event participated by representatives from each province in the country. It was a competition showcasing the best of the best costumes, floats, music, street dancing and other various performances. Despite the heat of summer, people came, watched and applauded enjoying every single moment.
