A row of flags waving farewell?

(Unfortunately the reality is rather more prosaic; they're advertisements for the shopping village in The Rocks, one of the oldest areas of Sydney which will be found a few hundred metres to the left of this shot. The Rocks will itself form a separate sub-gallery in the Circular Quay one when I get a Round Tuit.)
