This commentary follows on directly from image 0823. The pyrotechnic flame is now just a shadow of its former self. Actually I'm not sure whether that's a really cool effect, or whether it's just the speed at which I captured the transition.
In any case, you can more clearly see the people with their torch lights on in this shot. That said, the effect is not as intense as it had been previously because as soon as the pyrotechnics went off (and I really can't believe that the organisers didn't think of this) people turned off their torches and activated their phone cameras to get shots of the fireworks. So while there are still quite a few torches on, the effect is, to be charitable, underwhelming.
