My original intention was to get one of the drivers of the horse-drawn carriages into a shot. In this case, the 12 to 40 which was on my camera at the time is at full reach and still didn't pick him out particularly well. Nonetheless what it did do, I realised after I got the shot into Bridge, was provide me with an amazingly diverse range of faces and facial expressions.
This group of people will probably never converge again and many of them probably aren't even on the same continent now. But they were together for that one brief moment in August 2016.
Obviously this isn't a native pano but I cropped it down to remove some of the wall of the basilica so that I could focus on the faces.
