Looking back into the town (I believe I was still on the old fortifications at the time; note the stone wall running off on the left) the sun provided these two towers with a crown.

It's almost like it was saying "See, here? These towers that I am pointing you to? You must come back. And stay a few days."

Although it is unlikely to happen on my next trip, it's not like I'm not listening.
