The huge Ikea store at Tempe is right near Sydney airport so it's not unusual to see aircraft either taking off or landing, depending on the winds at the time.

In this case we see Air New Zealand's ZK-OKP in its Hobbit livery (proclaiming it to be the "Airline of Middle Earth") based on the fact that the film The Hobbit (as well as, of course, the Lord Of The Rings trilogy) was filmed in New Zealand.
