After prowling around the National Gallery Of Victoria for a bit it was time to hop a tram down to St Kilda to see the sights and have some lunch.
Heading down the pier, we spied this sign which would seem to be a bit optimistic. First of all it's facing on the land side, and would therefore be a challenge to be seen by even the most keen-eyed skippers. Secondly it's not entirely clear where this prohibition extends to. St Kilda Beach? The whole of Port Phillip Bay? Hmmm, very curious.
I have to watch my depth of field a little more carefully too; this sign isn't quite as sharp as it should have been. (Although I was trying to make sure that I didn't lose too much focus on the vessel either. I did take a subsequent shot where the sign was sharp, but I lost too much sharpness on the boat. I preferred this one.)
