Even older than the Rotunda in image 18181, this pavilion harks back to the middle of Queen Victoria's reign. I'd be a bit surprised if bands still play there (in fact the entire design is somewhat surprising, as band stands were usually elevated) but one may wonder what it would have been like to see the first performance there.
