The story so far for those who have been following over the last couple of days; Tuesday was cool and sunny and very pleasant, good for getting about without a jacket. Wednesday was rain-swept and windy, making you wish that you had a jacket and a rather larger umbrella.
Today? The sun returned (you can see it hitting the tops of the trees) though there were still some clouds about, including this rather oddly lit band to the north-east of me. However the wind had cranked up a notch or ten which is why the heads of the trees are swept straight across to the right. It was a day on which I was strongly encouraged to keep some distance from the water's edge, for if I hadn't I'd be posting tonight's PAD from somewhere in New Zealand.
(For those who are rather disturbed by the lighting in this shot, and I can understand that, please join me on the conga line as you click your next link. Well be singing REM's "It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine..." as we dance away from the page.)
