Allouville Belle Fosse

A 1200 year old Oak tree beside the village church which has been hollowed out and has served as both living accomodation and as a church. It remains as a church today and the interior of the tree (on two levels) is supported by scaffolding. The tree is still living as can be seen from the green leaves on the branches.

other sizes: small medium large original auto
