We had a 911 commerative event at the Yacht Club today.
We mourned those who lost their lives on that faterfull day
and thanked those who serve the public every day, our
Police Department, our Fire Department, and First Responders from the ambulance services.
The V.F.W. and the American Leigon, along with the Coast Guard and
Sherrifs Department Marine unit helped with the days events.
25 boats from the Fleet paraded by a reviewing stand
as our Congressman, State Representitive, and City Manager
gave short speeches. Dr. Rev. Bob Braman gave the invocation and bennidiction.
It was a very moving day.
