The Northwest Arctic Borough School District school board meets regularly in Kotzebue, the hub village, but also meets in the smaller villages. In the photo the board is on its way to the airport to board the plane back to Kotzebue. Note the exposure: 125 and f3.5 at ISO 100. This is what our hour and a half of daylight looks like in January!
