… or it should!
I was taking some photos of the Ritzville Carnegie Library
when the local crazy lady was walking by and said
“Take my picture!” So I did.
Then she just walked on down the street.
She didn’t say anything else, she just walked away.
The encounter seemed pretty candid to me!
