The Dutch Tilt seemed appropriate to remember the
2008 Wells Earthquake that happened at 6:16 a.m., February 21, 2008.
It was a magnitude 6 earthquake that damaged almost every building in town.
Some collapsed and some were abandoned, but life went on!

The tilt works beautifully, and the coloured doors give a touch of enchantment. V

I like the tilt and the bright colours...it would have been terrible to see the town crumble.

Cool shot. The tilt works well. When I was in Bogor, Indonesia in 1991 they had mostly small earthquakes very day. Locals seemed oblivious to it. I found it unsettling. Shook me up!

This colorful scene works well on the angle. V

This nicely emphasizes the result of the earthquake. I was oblivious o its happening.

canted to perfection suggesting a sense of distress...scrumptious colours here, and strange doors with no knobs..
