Water Logging

Loading a small forest on to a barge for parts unknown.
The tug stabilizes the barge and a tiny push boat rounds up the logs
for the cranes claw that gently places them in the stack

The guy on the boat is recording the loading.
The person running the push boat was a woman.
There are two guys on the crane, an operator and a go-fer.
The seagulls wait on the logs just in case there’s food.
You never know what the tide is going to bring in.

That's a lot of timber. Looks precarious with this perspective and focal length. "V"

perhaps bound for the mill in Port Townsend?...interesting they are transported by barge and not in a boom...strong image of a key PNW industry...you have filled the frame so astutely..
