Passing a Buck

Driving through the old neighborhood
I spotted this buck taking it
easy in the shade of an old friends house.
The only reason I was looking is because
I haven’t seen my friend in a quite a while and
was wondering if he is still around!
Shows that even in a small town
old friends can slip away when you
are not paying attention.

Seems very relaxed, but watchful. Nice with the connection to an old friend. "V"

Kind of sad when friends are gone and you didn't know.
Fine photo of the buck. I think I need some shade, too. v

He is magnificent and seems quite content to wait in the shade while you catch his portrait. V

Good catch. He wasn't concerned about you it seems.
