Started a project to renovate - remove - replace buildings.
Thought it would take a year, it’s been two, so far.
The good news is I managed to do all of it for about 30%
of the projected budget. In the process managed to use or reuse,
give away, sell, recycle, or haul away all the stuff we didn’t need.
Now I am thinking about putting in a greenhouse and garden!
(Don’t tell my wife!)
