I had never seen an old Cadillac, although it seems wrong to call this one old. It looks brand new in your photo. I looked for the model online and found this interesting information: Facts: Cadillac "Type 53".

*It was slightly taller than the 1915 Cadillacs
*The engine power was increased to 77 horse power
*This was accomplished through an enlarged intake manifold and a modified carburetor.

The same model Cadillac sometimes appears in movies. I found other photos, but not as nice as yours. It really is "fit for a king."
