One of the earliest roses to bloom this spring, each day there are more opening and
hundreds of buds forming. Very soon the garden will be ablaze with colour.

I am missing the macro lens, have had to resort to a long lens this season.
Glad to see the ladybirds arriving and having a feast on the aphid; give them a
week and the rose buds will be cleaned up.
