Being a vegetarian, I don't really appreciate smelling this smoked meat,
I've been making myself scarce out in the rose garden pruning where
I can't smell it.

Well, I'm laughing at the comment by Gill. Didn't notice the legs until then. I love meat more than just about any other food. Can't imagine eating veggies all the time. I'm glad you were able to get outside and away from the meaty aroma.

I imagine it's pork belly - delicious when slow cooked and it crisps up and falls apart. However, I'm sure the perfume of your roses will overcome the aroma of this!
