Henley Beach

Almost empty beach on a cool summer's day - temperature in the mid 20's which is regarded as
being too cold for a swim by many. Today (the 19th) the temperature climbed to 37dC and tomorrow will
be the same. The weekend has a forecast of 40dC for both days, I think this beach will
be covered with bathing bodies, though they may opt to stay IN the water!

I am on the mend thankfully - and hope it stays that way - Vertigo is no fun..

Our beaches are empty due to Catagory 5 Cyclone Marcia bearing down and due to make landfall in a couple of hours. Winds close to 300km per hour. I See Lam hit land..I hope the folks in Nhulunbuy are okay, Von

I didn't see the earlier postings regarding your vertigo but hope that you make a speedy and full recovery. Personally I happen to like the mid-20's. This one reminds me of a particular painter but I can't recall who at the moment.
