Besides the rose garden, we grow thousands of native trees & shrubs. Dick has belonged
to a group called "Trees For Life" for many years, and often left over plants have been
put in the ground and thrived, I don't know the name of every one of them and I don't
think Dick would remember either. Here we have dual trunks of a eucalyptus tree and
the understock of a failed deciduous shrub which we find attractive enough to leave in situ...
Today has been a beautiful autumn sunny day with a slight breeze from the north east
it draws me out of doors and I've been re-potting a couple of hanging baskets with
cuttings I've struck during the season & having a lovely time out there.
