The 'gatekeeper' decided our fancy cameras would somehow compromise the integrity of this famous landmark --
instead of taking advantage of some free publicity and possibly inspiring web browsers to take the family on a tour while in Sacramento.

Not a very sound business plan to insult would-be tourists.
