Problem areas 1 and 2 were fixed back in the Layers
Palette by fine tuning the mask by Levels or by painting
on the mask (#1) and by using the Lasso tool to select some
existing hair above number 2 and copy and pasting, then moving
and Transforming to that open area. The number 2 fix was done
on a duped layer with a layer mask applied to blend this new
hair better.
