For the previous background replacement image.
The Pen Tool was used to make this selection in a duped Red
Channel layer, filled with black, and copied and pasted into
a duped Blue Channel where I created the mask for the head
and wispy hair using the Russ Brown dodging and burning
method. This new duped Blue Channel was then used for the mask for
inserting the new backdrop.
