PMS Mark 3 e-cocker

Heres a real rarity, a functioning PMS E-cocker. These were some of the earliest e-cockers and ended up being a pretty big flop in the market place. By modern standards they were large, clunky and VERY expensive. The biggest weakness to the design is the mechanical sear and the fact you do have to time it. The other weakness of the line was the ~$1800 price tag, although it did include the at the time premier mark 2 nitro system and a barrel.

My memory is a bit fuzzy on when they actually debuted this e-version, but I believe it was 98 or 99, unfortunately, I don't have my old APG's with me right now. The line only lasted a couple of years, but I did play against a few teams shooting them during that time. Being in IL, Nitroduck equipment was probably more common then most other places.

This one is not the standard style mark 2-3 (the only difference between the 2 and 3 lines was that the 3 was the E series) milling. This means it was probably either a special order or a retrofit. I suspect retro fit since the body is most likely one of the early 98 style vert feed bodykits that WGP debuted at that years IAO. The reason I believe this is that my sniper has a bodykit only 42 higher then this one on the serial number and it was one of the ones at IAO. This one was obtained in trade from FirePro84, normally he doesn't trade off his guns, but he made an exception on this one. It’s not something I will do a lot of playing with, but it is nostalgic for me and a good oddity for the collection, not to mention probably one of the few functional ones remaining.
