Sunday around noon. Connecticut Ave and a Farmer's Market is in full swing with produce brought in fresh from VA, PA, and MD. On one end of the block is a wonderful violinist playing her heart out, and on the other end of the block is this absolutely awesome musician who is bareing his soul with some Marley tunes. Great way to take a stroll.
