Dragonfly 2

Oklahoma

I probably shouldn't be allowed to post images of items if I am uninformed of the basics (including the name) of what I am posting. I've shot a lot of birds in flight with longs lenses, and believe me, those were easy compared to trying to get a decent shot of a dragonfly in flight. Even when they rest as is the case with Dragonfly 1 and Dragonfly2, you'd better be quick on the trigger, because that landing may only last for a second. It sure is neat to watch them zooming around acting like nature's CH-46 dual-rotor helicopter.
