LT Egg Stage

The little tern on the average lays two eggs, the maximum that we have seen is 3 eggs. But until now the 3 have not hatched. Upon arrival at the eggs, the parent will insepct the eggs and position him/herself on them. Incubation occurs from 21 to 30 days, from which the tern chicks will take a few hours to dry up and will be mobile.
