My famous rice recipe

Well, famous in my house, anyway! A family favorite! This is the same rice I use to make paella. If I give you the recipe, these guys might come for you: http://www.pbase.com/image/14052731

Paella ... mmmm. My daughter spent a year in Spain during high school, and when I visited her, she turned me on to paella. It's my favorite dish to make for guests, and it's great to do out on the barbecue. You should take a photo of your recipe and post that, as well. Yum, this photo makes me want to return to Valencia!
