William S. Kuba, from Cedar Rapids, IA, a noted figure in Iowa Railroading and the Midwest and a 60 year member of the Iowa Chapter
of the NRHS, passed away Nov 23 2012 after a short battle with an inoperable brain tumor. He was 75.
Bill was to have gotten his 60 year NRHS award but died 3 days before. Age 75.
