A splendid gallery, Wendy! It is rich in human values, dynamic in composition, color, and abstraction, and beautifully edited. As one of the four other photographers who had the pleasure of shooting alongside of you in Tecate on this day, I encountered many of the same subjects you show us here, yet in most cases your images are strikingly different from my own. And that is as it should be -- it is not what you shoot that makes the difference, it's how and why you shoot it. Every photographer should bring his or her own point of view to bear on whatever they shoot. I'll be posting some of my own Tecate images, and it should be interesting to compare our viewpoints.

It was much fun to shoot with you, Wendy -- our long walk together through Tecate's streets and over its hills, past rusty cars and barking dogs, will be long remembered! Once again -- this is a gallery that excels not only in form, but in substance as well.
