Taken with the cell phone camera. As good as this sermon was, the title seems oddly ironic now.

It was a beautiful morning in San Diego. Right after church, we went to see the Dead Sea Scroll exhibit.
When we returned a few hours later, much of San Diego County was filled with smoke from two large fires
burning out of control. Winds are forecast to get even stronger overnight, so we have no idea how bad this
will get. The fear is already that this might be even worse than 4 years ago, when hundreds of thousands
of acres, and over 3000 structures burned.

All we can do now is pray.
