這是一項按孩子成長階段而設計的活動課程，內容包括有刺激大肌肉、小肌肉、智能、社交、語言、情緒及自理等能力的活動，由經驗的專業導師指導父母「了解」嬰孩的特性，「掌握」輔助成長的「技巧」，旨在促進親子間的感情，為孩子的成長奠定全面發展的基礎；另外，可按個別孩子的需要，提供專業評估及訓練服務。
