GMRC 263 has arrived at Chester. The crew cut there train west of First Avenue and have left the VTR 308 and VTR 312 on the main for DASW to take east with them. Now they wait for DASW to arrive so they car depart for Rutland with the VTR 311 which is on the back track just out of the photo.
