This view of an entrenched meander of the San Pedro river, taken from 1,000 feet above it on Muley point, is the Gooseneck State Park area of Utah. Just North and East of Mexican Hat Utah, the park is on the way to the Muley Dugway, a very interesting piece of roadwork. This plateau high above Gooseneck provides a good view of the geology and of Monument Valley in the background.
