The city of love was good to us. Amazing architecture was everywhere. Snootiness was kept to a minimum by the local French. We stayed in converted mansions while we were there. The final night in Paris before we left for home, as I crossed a bridge I saw a few people down by the waterfront playing music. By the end of the night, there was a crowd of dozens huddled around the stairway on the bridge leading down to the riverside singing along with the band as they played old favorites from countries around the world. Fantastic stuff.
