A monster cargo container ship is being loaded while another is making
it to harbor down the Oakland Estuary with the assistance of (tiny) tugboats.
To get to the port, which is in San Francisco Bay, these ships
(because of their height) must wait for a low tide in order to pass under
the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges.
