Ikelite underwater housing for Olimpus Z4040

Asking $500 US for the whole thing including: camera, USB cable, two memory cards (hold about 130 pictures each), housing with a handle, O-ring, white scatterers and orange filter. Filter is slightly modified to make it easier to put it on/take it off. Everything is perfect working condition. Camera takes 4 AA batteries, rechargeable batteries recommended, not included.
