Prasat Banteay Pir Choan is part of Preah Vihear group of temples
located about 120 kms northeast of Angkor Wat. It is a walled
enclosure with a central shrine, eight surrounding smaller shrines,
and two libraries. Dating to 937 AD under the reign of King Jayavarman IV
and dedicated to Brahma Prajapatishvara.
