Apr 13: Blue?

Today's colour - blue. I have no idea what this is about. The little blue guy seems to be drawn towards the Bombay Sapphire gin... Maybe there's aliens present. If anyone has any clues, they can contact Mulder and Scully by clicking 'comment on this image'...
