Apr 20: the last one

After photographing the last bottle from my sinful 6 pack yesterday, I returned it to the fridge. But I couldn't resist opening and drinking it today. Oh well, that's my ration 'til next time!

I must admit my eyes are not sharp enough to see what Lou is talking about. The shot looks great to me. Simple and clean. I'm a Pepsi man myself. Coke! Yuck!!

Coke from a glass bottle on a hot summer day is one of only a few great moments in life you can experience over and over. Excellent shot.

The shot is good and sharp, but certainly lost some quality by it's reduction in size. It would have been better to upload the full sized piture and remove the exif from it to save space. The compression to a smaller size shows clearly that risk of moiré one can get and here it is very pronounced and visible in the edge of the glass on right side, just above the Coke level. On the other side, highlighting and commenting sharpness with a 300 from Canon or any high level SLR is useless. They all are perfect in this field anyway, the users for sure are not.

Enjoying a real glassbottle of coke is certainly an event, making a picture of a bottle of Coke for sure is not. So, enjoy the Coke, it is indeed real better in a true bottle.
