Original Gulledge Homeplace 1920

This is a photocopy of the home place of W.A. Gulledge as it looked in about 1920. A second story
was then added. It was built by the Thorntons of Eufaula and was sold to H.B. Oliver when they
moved away. Mr. Oliver sold it to William A. Gulledge in 1903. It burned in 1926. A rock house
was built on the same place and is there today. Mr. Charles Rice bought it from the W.A. Gulledge
heirs in 1982. The boys in the photo are Barnett and John DeRamus.
